AGREEMENT BETWEEN L.N. GUMILYOV EURASIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY (ASTANA, REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN) AND INCHEON NATIONAL UNIVERSITY (INCHEON, REPUBLIC OF KOREA) ON PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING AND RE-TRAINING OF FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING FACULTY MEMBERS OF L.N. GUMILYOV EURASIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY IN THE FRAMES OF REALIZATION OF THE STATE PROGRAMME OF INDUSTRIAL AND INNОVATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN IN 2016-2019
L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU) and Incheon National University (INU) agree to develop and implement a professional development, training and re-training programme for faculty members of educational programme “Energy-efficient and Resources-saving Technology in Production of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Products and Structures” for specialty “Production of Construction Materials, Products and Structures” of Industrial and Civil Engineering Technology Department and Design of Buildings and Structures Department of ENU in the frames of realization of the State Programme of Industrial and Innovational Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2016-2019.
The Parties hereby agree that results achieved in this project shall not be used for military and commercial purposes. The training programme shall be developed and delivered at INU (Republic of Korea) by Urban Science College, with the confirmation of university-partner. The Parties warrant and guarantee that the project shall only serve peaceful, non-military and non-commercial purposes.
